Follow the instructions: Depending on the space you land on, you may need to buy a property, pay rent, draw a card from the Chance or Community Chest decks, or take other actions specified on the space.
MONOPOLY GO!
Buying properties: If you land on an unowned property, you have the option to buy it from the bank. The price is listed on the property card. If you choose not to buy it, it goes up for auction, and the highest bidder becomes the owner.
Building houses and hotels: If you own all the properties of a color group, you can buy houses and hotels from the bank to increase the rent. The cost and rent value depend on the property.
Paying rent: If you land on a property owned by another player, you must pay them the rent specified on the property card. If you own multiple properties of the same color group, the rent increases.
Jail: If you land on the "Go to Jail" space, draw a "Go to Jail" card, or roll doubles three times in a row, you go to jail. You can either pay a fine to get out immediately or try to roll doubles on your next turn.
Free Parking: The Free Parking space is just a resting spot. No money is collected for landing on it.

Bankruptcy: If you run out of money, you're bankrupt and out of the game. The last player remaining after all others go bankrupt is the winner.
